- 3 A written plan and quote — concept, suppliers, itemised budget and our 10% fee. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
10% introductory rate
Most event managers charge 15–25% of your total budget. Our first clients pay 10%, with a lower daily and hourly rate than the industry standard. Limited availability.

How quickly will I hear back?
Within one business day, and usually the same day. If your event is time-critical, call rather than email — 0493 191 530.
Do I need to know my budget before enquiring?
No. A rough range is genuinely enough, and "I have no idea" is a perfectly good answer — helping you land on a realistic number is part of the job. The budget field on the form is optional for exactly that reason.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. No fee, no obligation and no pressure. If it turns out you don't need an event manager, or we're not the right fit for your event, we'll say so on that call.
My event is in a few weeks. Is that too soon?
Possibly, but not necessarily — it depends on the date, the size and what's already locked in. Call us and we'll give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.
